Fannie Mae has a lot of REO properties they want to get rid of so they came up with this program. As of 3/17/09 they were offering up to 90% financing for Investors (85% jumbo conforming).
- No appraisal required.
- Low credit score requirements.
- Available to both owner-occupiers (primary and second homes) and investors.
- Up to 6% expanded interested party contribution.
- No mortgage insurance required.*
- High maximum LTVs are allowed.
- EA I, II and III accepted.
- Up to 10 financed properties
- Gift Funds Allowed for downpayment (borrower must contribute minimum $500 down)
