HomePath Program (Fannie Mae)

Fannie Mae has a lot of REO properties they want to get rid of so they came up with this program.  As of 3/17/09 they were offering up to 90% financing for Investors (85% jumbo conforming).

  1. No appraisal required.
  2. Low credit score requirements.
  3. Available to both owner-occupiers (primary and second homes) and investors.
  4. Up to 6% expanded interested party contribution.
  5. No mortgage insurance required.*
  6. High maximum LTVs are allowed.
  7. EA I, II and III accepted.
  8. Up to 10 financed properties

  9. Gift Funds Allowed for downpayment (borrower must contribute minimum $500 down)
