Jacmel Holdings DBA IET Capital (DRE Lic# 01841520)¹ has been approved by the CA DRE¹ to collect advance fees from clients we assist with modifying mortgage terms. Click here to see our letter of Non-Objection from the DRE¹.
All fees advanced to us are deposited into a trust account and aren't touched until we complete each step of our loan modification services. Our services are outlined in detail on a contract we've had pre-approved by the California Department of Real Estate. We consult all clients and evaluate their realistic chances of getting approved for a loan mod prior to accepting money and starting the process. If we are not able to obtain a loan modification we refund clients advanced fee payment minus a processing fee ( $600 1 loan / $900 2 loans ).
