IET Capital - Required Loan Documents

List of Documents required to begin loan application process:
  1. Borrowers Authorization and Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure (ABA) 
  2. State Issued Picture ID (i.e.- CA Drivers License, Passport) & Social Security Card (color scan or very clear copy)
  3. Wage Earners/Employees: Last 30 days paystubs, Last 2 years W-2s
  4. Self-Employed: YTD Profit and Loss
  5. Last 2 years 1040's w/ all associated schedules
  6. Last 2 months Asset Statements for any monies to be used for Down Payment or Reserves
  7. If Refinance:
    • Hazard Insurance Declaration Page
    • Assessors Tax Bill
    • Monthly Mortgage Statement
